Privacy Policy
Effective 9 October 2026
The short version
- Our games do not ask for your name, email address or an account. Your progress and settings are stored on your own device.
- Our games and website may show ads from Google (AdMob in apps, AdSense on the web). Google and its partners may use cookies or your device’s advertising ID to show and measure ads.
- In the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent before ads are personalised, and you can change your choice at any time.
- We use only limited, aggregated statistics to keep the games working. We do not sell your personal data.
- Questions or requests: info@savasgames.com.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Savas OÜ (“Savas Games”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you play our games on iOS, Android or in a web browser, and when you visit savasgames.com (together, the “Services”).
Savas OÜ is a company registered in Estonia (registry code 14062178) with its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn, Harju, Estonia 15551. Savas OÜ is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@savasgames.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information stored on your device
Our games save your progress, stars, settings and similar game state on your device (for web versions, in your browser’s local storage). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling a game or clearing your browser’s site data deletes it.
2.2 Advertising data
When a game or our website shows ads, Google’s advertising services (Google AdMob in apps and Google AdSense on the web) and, if you allow it, Google’s certified advertising partners may collect and use:
- device and connection information, such as IP address, device model, operating system, language and app version;
- online identifiers, such as your device’s advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, the Google advertising ID on Android) and cookies or similar technologies in your browser;
- approximate location derived from your IP address;
- information about the ads you are shown and how you interact with them.
This is used to show ads, to personalise them where you have agreed, to measure how ads perform, to limit how often you see the same ad and to prevent fraud and abuse. Google explains this in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
2.3 Statistics and crash reports
To keep the games working and to improve them, we may use limited usage and diagnostic data, such as which levels are started and finished, crash and error reports, and device model and system version. We use it in aggregated or pseudonymous form, not to identify you, and never to build advertising profiles. Where the law requires consent for this, we ask first. Apple and Google also give us aggregated statistics and crash reports from players who have chosen to share them with app developers.
2.4 Our website
savasgames.com is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The website loads its fonts and images from our own domain and does not use analytics cookies. If we show ads on the website, section 2.2 applies, and visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first.
2.5 When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include, such as screenshots or device details. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you report.
3. Why we use data, and our legal bases
For players in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Running the games and saving your progress on your device | Performance of our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Showing personalised ads | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Showing non-personalised or limited ads, measuring ads, preventing ad fraud | Our legitimate interest in offering the games for free (Art. 6(1)(f)); consent where the law requires it for storing or reading information on your device |
| Aggregated statistics and crash reports | Our legitimate interest in keeping the games working (Art. 6(1)(f)), or consent where required |
| Answering your emails and requests | Our legitimate interest in helping players (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Keeping the website secure | Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
4. Consent and your ad choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland. We use a consent tool certified by Google that follows the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. You can accept, refuse or choose by purpose, and change your choice at any time with the privacy choices option in each game’s settings (and on our website, through the link shown with the consent message).
- iPhone and iPad. Our apps only access your advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking when iOS asks. You can change this under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, in your device’s settings (usually Privacy › Ads, or Google › Ads).
- Google. You can manage personalised ads from Google at My Ad Center.
- United States. We do not sell personal data for money. Some state laws treat targeted advertising as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal data; you can opt out with the device settings above or by emailing us.
5. Children
Our games are made for a general audience. They are not directed at children under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country, which in parts of the EEA is up to 16), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If a game is listed for children or families in an app store, or if we learn that a player is under the age of consent, we set up ads for that game or player so that ad requests are marked as directed to children or to users under the age of consent, no personalised ads or remarketing are shown, and only advertising services approved for family audiences are used.
Parents: if you believe your child has given us personal data, for example in an email, contact us at info@savasgames.com and we will delete it. We also recommend using the parental controls of the device and the app store.
6. Who we share data with
- Google, for advertising (AdMob, AdSense). Google acts as an independent controller for some of this processing under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google’s certified ad partners, only where you have consented to them.
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our website and web games, as our processor.
- Our email provider, which stores support emails on our behalf.
- Apple and Google as app store operators, which process data under their own privacy policies when you download or update our apps.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, and a successor company if our business or games are transferred.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the EEA, for example in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies), the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard recognised by law.
8. How long we keep data
- Game data on your device: until you delete the game or clear its data.
- Support emails: up to two years after the conversation ends, unless we need them longer to deal with a legal claim.
- Advertising data: kept by Google according to its retention policy.
- Website security logs: kept briefly by Cloudflare under its own policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use (including use based on our legitimate interests), or transfer it to you or someone else. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what was done before. Residents of some US states, including California, have similar rights to know, delete and correct personal data and to opt out of targeted advertising, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, email info@savasgames.com. We will answer within one month and may ask for information to confirm the request is yours. Because our games do not have accounts, we hold very little that can be linked to you.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or the authority where you live or work.
10. Security
We keep the data we handle to a minimum and work with established providers that protect it with encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our games, our partners or the law change, and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the games or on this website.
