Questions and answers

When can I play the new games?

They are in final testing now. They will arrive on the App Store and Google Play, and you will also be able to play them in your web browser. Each game’s page shows its links as soon as a version goes live.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, and current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge. The games are designed for a phone held upright, and on larger screens they play in a centred column.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts and no sign-ups. Your progress, stars and settings are saved on your device.

Can I move my progress to a new phone?

Not at the moment. Progress is stored only on the device you play on, so uninstalling a game or clearing your browser’s site data also removes it.

How do I start a game over?

Open the game’s settings and choose the reset option; you will be asked to confirm. You can also clear the app’s data in your phone’s settings, or the site data in your browser.

Can I turn off sound, music or vibration?

Yes. Every game has switches for sound, music and vibration in its settings. Music starts switched off.

Are the games free? Do they have ads?

Yes, they are free to play and supported by ads. If a game ever offers an optional purchase, such as removing ads, it will be clearly marked and handled by the App Store or Google Play.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, our games ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy choices option in the game’s settings.

On iPhone and iPad you can also control tracking under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device’s settings (usually Privacy › Ads, or Google › Ads). More in our Privacy Policy.

Are the games suitable for children?

Our games are made for a general audience and have nothing scary in them; the goblins in Topple! simply tumble off with a squeak. Because the games show ads, we recommend that parents use the parental controls of the device and the app store. See the section on children in our Privacy Policy.

I found a bug. What should I send?

Email us the game’s name, your device and its system version, the level number, what happened, and a screenshot if you can. That is usually all we need to find it.

How do I ask for my data to be deleted?

We do not keep game accounts or game data on our servers. Advertising partners may hold data linked to your device’s advertising ID, which you can reset on the device. For any privacy request, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
